About This League

*Adjusts holographic clipboard* Listen up, you wannabe space wranglers! Welcome to the final week of what I can only assume is someone's fever dream turned into a disc golf league. The ElevateUT Showdown Series has somehow managed to combine disc golf, dinosaurs, and space cowboys into something that actually works - much to my eternal confusion.
You've got two choices for your cosmic allegiance: The Nova Brigade (for those who like their dinosaurs with a side of nobility) or Nero's Marauders (for when you wake up and choose chaos). Both factions rotate between River Bottoms and Dragonfly, because apparently one course isn't enough of a challenge for your cyber-enhanced prehistoric pals.
Entry is a measly $3 base fee, plus approximately seventeen optional add-ons (okay, it's actually just four, but who's counting?). That includes a shot at the $627 ace pot that's been taunting everyone all season. *Glares at holographic scoreboard*
And because someone at Another Round Disc Golf Shop has a heart, they're boosting amateur winnings by 10%. Probably to help cover the cost of all that chrome polish for your dinosaur.
Now, for the grand finale - Champion's Corona. And no, despite my numerous suggestions, it's still not sponsored by the beer company. *Sighs in binary*

The United States Women’s Disc Golf Championship comes to Utah!
The stage is set for an amazing opportunity for the Utah disc golf scene to dramatically improve. When PDGA Major Championships come to town, our courses get MAJOR face lifts.
Starting immediately, all course funds will be paused and we will start a new fundraising leaderboard to support the event.
