Course Improvement Fund

New Baskets Don't Buy Themselves

Your TD allocates. We escrow. Your course improves.
It's that simple.

01

Money In. Baskets Out.

When your TD chooses to contribute, a portion of every registration goes directly to improving the course where you play.

That's it. No complicated formulas. No hidden fees. Just a simple, automatic contribution that adds up fast when hundreds of players show up each week.

The Money's Real (And We Can Prove It)

ElevateUT Disc Golf holds all course funds in escrow until they're disbursed to course maintainers. This isn't a promise or a pledge—it's actual money sitting in a dedicated account, waiting to improve your course.

Each course has its own fund balance, viewable on the course page. You can see exactly how much has been raised, what the current goal is, and track progress toward upcoming projects.

The Secret: Don't Wait for the Fund

The Course Improvement Flywheel - How ElevateUT Disc Golf boosts your existing fundraising

Here's what makes this system powerful: the Course Fund is a BOOST, not a replacement for your club's fundraising.

The best clubs don't wait for the fund to accumulate. They run tournaments, fundraisers, and events to build their own operating capital. They complete projects with their own funds. Then they submit receipts to ElevateUT Disc Golf and get reimbursed from the Course Fund.

That reimbursement becomes seed money for the next project. And the cycle accelerates.
