Each course has its own fund balance, viewable on the course page. You can see exactly how much has been raised, what the current goal is, and track progress toward upcoming projects.
Here's what makes this system powerful: the Course Fund is a BOOST, not a replacement for your club's fundraising.
The best clubs don't wait for the fund to accumulate. They run tournaments, fundraisers, and events to build their own operating capital. They complete projects with their own funds. Then they submit receipts to ElevateUT Disc Golf and get reimbursed from the Course Fund.
That reimbursement becomes seed money for the next project. And the cycle accelerates.

Funds can only be disbursed to registered nonprofit organizations. This ensures accountability and tax compliance.
You'll need to provide your organization's EIN (Employer Identification Number) when submitting a reimbursement request.
Submit itemized receipts for all expenses. Photos of completed work help expedite approval.
Funds must be used for improvements at the specific course where they were collected.
Visit any course page and click "Request Funding" to start the process. Our admin team typically reviews requests within 3-5 business days.
Find Your CourseGenerally, anything that permanently improves the course for all players qualifies. When in doubt, submit the request and we'll work with you.
