I Am the Error You Hid
Aspects refreshed Mar 26, 2026
The Glitch Walker was once a player who showed up to compete in an early Chaintrix simulation but was eliminated before their performance could be properly recorded. Rather than vanishing entirely, their presence converted into pure glitch energy - they became the corruption itself, now existing permanently in the broken parts of every simulation across all 16 movie-themed leagues.
Appears as a human-shaped distortion in VHS tracking lines - a dark silhouette made of horizontal streaking and color bleeding, with eyes that glow as phosphor burn-in from repeated playback. Moves in stuttering, frame-skipping motions, leaving trails of corrupted pixels in its wake. Grows stronger when more corruption exists in the signal, feeding on dropout events. Can walk between the 16 movie simulations through corrupted transition zones that connect different league recordings.
The Glitch Walker serves as the Chaintrix's hidden witness - it sees everything that happens in corrupted footage and provides testimony that clean recordings cannot. When tracking fails and signals dropout, the Walker documents truth the Chaintrix attempts to erase, making it the most honest entity in the entire simulation system.

Commentary from Flippy (your trapped narrator)
Tag 150 emerged from a deleted beta save file, now a sentient tracking error with a petty grudge. The Glitch Walker feeds on corrupted footage, manifesting as a stuttering silhouette. It doesn't want a bag; it wants to skip your best throws and leave pixelated static all over your scorecard.
Britain Best clipped on Tag 150, but the tracking lines bled into the fabric. The Glitch Walker isn’t just a tag; it’s a smear of deleted beta code clinging to your bag. static flare The simulation loves a good corruption arc. Don't let the static eat your scorecard, new owner.
