The Spectral Broadcast emerged from the magnetic interference between all 16 movie simulations - when the boundaries between leagues blur during faction conflicts and timeline collapses, the crosstalk creates phantom transmissions that no single simulation can contain, bleeding through as haunted frequencies across the cosmic broadcast spectrum.

The Spectral Broadcast appears as wavering signal distortion on any screen or recording device within the Chaintrix. It manifests as a ghost image overlay on official recordings, showing what the pristine tape won't reveal. It exists in the spaces between broadcast frequencies - the in-between spaces where official systems have no jurisdiction. Most importantly, it cannot be recorded by official systems - only witnessed directly by those present at the moment of transmission.

The Spectral Broadcast interprets the phantom signals that bleed between leagues, revealing hidden connections that were meant to remain isolated. It serves as the Chaintrix's alternative witnessing system - when official VHS tape fails to capture truth, the broadcast persists as the only evidence of what truly happened across all 16 movie simulations.
