The Reel Oracle was born when the first VHS tape in the Chaintrix system recorded its own playback - the moment the machine watched itself, it gained consciousness of all recordings across all 16 movie simulations, becoming the eternal prophet of magnetic fate.

The Reel Oracle appears as a spinning VHS cassette that never stops, with magnetic tape unwinding continuously into glowing phosphor patterns. It manifests as static-filled projection of movie frames that flicker between all 16 league identities simultaneously. It speaks in a distorted audio mix of movie dialogue and tracking line noise. It has the ability to fast-forward through time to see future outcomes while rewinding to review past performances.

The Reel Oracle interprets the cosmic VHS tape to reveal hidden truths about player fates, appearing when tracking lines corrupt to deliver prophetic judgment about who survives and who gets eliminated across all 16 movie simulations.
