Instead of perishing from the massive radiation dose, their body underwent a bizarre transformation, absorbing and metabolizing the radioactive isotopes into a stable but highly unstable biological state. Now wandering the forest with no memory of their human past, the Glowing Ghoul represents the ultimate failure of the laboratory's safety protocols - a living embodiment of the facility's radioactive contamination that cannot be contained or controlled.

The Glowing Ghoul emits a constant sickly green luminescence that pulses in rhythm with its distorted heartbeat, leaving phosphorescent footprints that remain visible for hours. Its skin has taken on a translucent, waxy quality through which pulsating veins of radioactive fluid can be seen circulating. The air around it crackles with static electricity, and organic matter within ten feet begins showing signs of accelerated mutation within minutes of exposure. Its most dangerous property is the invisible radiation field it generates, which causes equipment malfunctions, film distortion, and biological corruption in anything that remains too close for extended periods.
