After surviving an assassination attempt, Vance reverse-engineered neural projection tech to generate phantom armies that distract loyalist forces while broadcasting atrocities through hijacked public networks.

Properties

Operatives generate photonic decoys using portable emitter arrays that create indistinguishable soldier replicas. Their amber-tinted tactical visors overlay strategic data on reality while masking thermal signatures. Adaptive camouflage shifts between urban rubble patterns and holographic static. Neural jammers disrupt Steel Eagle's implant tracking within 50-meter radius during operations.

Role
