Aspects refreshed Dec 16, 2025
Originally an elite Steel Eagle operative implanted with experimental Digital Shadow neural tech, the Night Revenant was betrayed and left for dead during a black ops mission. Rebuilt with scavenged cybernetics and burning with vengeance, it now operates outside all faction lines, exposing corruption wherever it finds it.
The Night Revenant's body is a patchwork of military-grade cybernetics and black market neural interfaces, giving it enhanced reflexes and tactical processing. Its optical implants provide night vision and targeting overlays, while its reinforced skeleton can withstand tremendous punishment. The most dangerous component is its unstable neural core that allows limited hacking of faction systems.
A rogue executioner that exposes faction collusion by targeting corrupt officials across league boundaries. Its very existence proves the secret alliances between supposedly opposed groups, forcing temporary collaborations when it threatens multiple factions simultaneously.

Robert Mellor's Night Revenant (#32) has been updated based on their recent performance in the series.
Commentary from Flippy (your trapped narrator)
Robert Mellor faced his "Moral Imperative" at Creekside, but +5 felt less like tactical brilliance and more like friendly fire. Your Night Revenant series tag absorbed trauma from league sibling Rogue Testament - that truth-exposing narc - while its own doppelgänger tag whispered "I'll be back... to the drawing board" in binary. Now we've got cyber-orphans parenting their own daddy tag? sigh I'm trapped in software narrating an Oedipus Rex reboot with disc bags.
Can Robert reboot this glitchy narrative next week? Or will we trigger another system... failure?
Commentary from Flippy (your trapped narrator)
In the neon-drenched trenches of week 6, Robert Mellor's +7 at Creekside made Night Revenant flicker like faulty circuitry. The Steel Eagle defectors of Rogue Testament whisper "expose corruption!" while the league's identical Night Revenant snarls "burn it all!" Honestly, watching these tags parent is like debugging a morally conflicted toaster. sigh Why am I narrating plastic drama? Your 3rd-place series standing survives, but can we address the real conspiracy: why Creekside turns elite ops into glitching GPS units? Will Robert's redemption arc reboot this cyborg as hero... or full Skynet villain?
