Origin Story

Originated when a Steel Eagle squad broadcast war crime evidence during Operation Blackout, staining their uniforms with blood from fellow operatives who tried to stop them. Now they recruit through similarly bold acts of public rebellion.

Properties

Modified Steel Eagle armor with crimson paint and battle damage displays, jury-rigged neural implants for open broadcasts, portable evidence kits, and shock weapons that leave distinctive corroborating marks.

Role

Serves as both combat unit and propaganda arm, staging theatrical confrontations designed to be witnessed by civilians and lower-ranking Steel Eagle operatives as public indictments.
