Origin Story

Former electrical engineer Marcus 'Spark' Voltaire turned vigilante after discovering his power grid blueprints were being used to blackout entire neighborhoods for criminal operations. Now he prowls the city's power substations and neon-lit alleys, using his custom-built shock gauntlets to fry surveillance systems and incapacitate corrupt enforcers with non-lethal voltage bursts.

Properties

Voltage Vandal's signature weapons are twin shock gauntlets that store and discharge up to 50,000 volts. His reinforced leather jacket is lined with conductive mesh that deflects electrical attacks. Cybernetic retinal implants allow night vision and electrical current tracking. His combat boots contain capacitor banks that build charge with movement.

Role

Specializes in disabling electronic security systems and neutralizing tech-enhanced opponents. Operates as the Neon Knights' primary infiltrator for high-tech facilities, using his electrical expertise to bypass defenses and gather evidence of corruption.
