The Ogopogo Oracle possesses the unique ability to see visions of distant waters and the creatures that dwell within them by gazing into any still water surface. His prophetic trances intensify during storms, when his eyes cloud over with a misty blue hue and his voice takes on the qualities of multiple speakers at once. Though fully human in form, small patches of fine greenish scales appear on his skin during moments of powerful divination, marking his connection to the serpentine cryptid that blessed him.
