Origin Story

Originally developed as a response to the need for stealth reconnaissance in the harsh desert environments, the Prism Protoceratops was created when Nova Brigade scientists successfully integrated crystalline light-bending technology into the naturally armored frill of a Protoceratops. The integration proved more successful than anticipated, as the dinosaur's natural neural pathways adapted to control the prism arrays with remarkable precision.

Properties

The Prism Protoceratops possesses a crystalline frill array capable of bending light around itself and its rider, effectively creating temporary invisibility. Its augmented visual cortex can process multiple light spectrums, allowing it to see in conditions ranging from pitch darkness to blinding solar flares. The prism technology can also be used defensively, creating dazzling light displays to disorient opponents.

Role

Serves as an elite scout and reconnaissance specialist for the Nova Brigade, using its light-bending abilities to gather intelligence and protect rookie space cowboys during their training missions.
