The records weren't deliberately deleted—they were lost, existing somewhere in shadow archives but inaccessible through normal Bureau channels. The Archive Division officially closed the case after seven months, but the missing files never stopped echoing through the system.

Manifests as a worn manila folder with Bureau classification stamps on the cover, torn edges showing where documents were removed, and coffee stains from late nights at the filing desk. The folder has inexplicable weight despite appearing empty, and handwritten marginal notes in erasable ink fade when viewed directly. When opened, pages shift between visible and blank depending on the observer's clearance level.

Creates persistent narrative tension across all leagues in the Containment Zone - when a player carries this tag, other competitors cannot determine if their missing records indicate dangerous knowledge (they knew too much about the Slush Fund), deliberate concealment, or simple bureaucratic victimhood. Their victories remain unverified, their losses become statistical ghosts, and their true competitive history exists only in fragments that even the Bureau cannot fully reconstruct.
