During the Great Reorganization of 2019, a clerical error in the Bureau's mainframe caused thousands of player files to become 'uncatalogued' - technically existing but completely untraceable through normal channels. The Bureau claims the files were lost to 'system migration issues,' but rumors persist that some files were deliberately buried to protect certain players' secrets.

A weathered manila folder with visible burn marks on the edges, the contents partially illegible. A folder with a prominent 'LOST' stamp in faded red ink. Pages that seem to shift and change when viewed from different clearance levels. Cross-references that lead to other lost files, creating a web of mystery.

The Lost Dossier serves as a wildcard factor in competitions - opponents with lost dossiers could be secretly elite or deliberately sandbagging, adding an element of uncertainty to every matchup in the Containment Zone.
